Pinas Story
I am Pina – and here is my story❣
My life so far has been marked by the search for food and a safe place to sleep. As a street dog, I wandered through the city and across fields, always alert, always searching. But then everything changed – because I had my puppies.
For the first weeks, I managed to protect them. I kept them hidden, cared for them with all I could find, and always stayed close to them. But over time, they became more curious. They started to see, to crawl – and it became harder to protect them all at once. I had to go looking for food, and during my absence, what every mother fears happened. Some of my little ones got onto the street, and one of the passing cars took their young lives. The remaining puppies were sad and fell silent. Never again did any of them dare to enter the street.
But then help came. A few kind people discovered us and brought us to the Help Labus shelter in Galati. And you know what? In this case, cars weren’t so bad at all. They meant salvation for us. Here we finally had safety, and no danger threatened us anymore.
I enjoy this security and am endlessly grateful. My babies are now grown up, so now I am searching for my family who wants to adopt me. I am making this appeal and hope you read it, find me pretty, and fall in love with me. I am a young, open female dog longing for security and affection from people. How does it feel to enjoy cuddles, to sleep in a soft bed, to take relaxed walks?
